Niels Schulz
Founder
Niels has been working in college recruiting for more than ten years. His career began in Florida at one of the largest agencies in the industry. Over time, he realized that athletes needed more individual attention and stronger personal guidance. Eight years ago, he founded inner.green with a clear vision. A boutique agency focused on quality, not quantity.

Through years of hands on work, Niels has built a strong and personal network with college coaches across the United States, especially in the popular warm climate states. Whether NCAA, NAIA or junior colleges, men’s or women’s teams, Niels knows the decision makers personally and understands exactly which program fits which golfer best.
Johannes Hounsgaard
Partner
Johannes’ story is the best proof of how our approach works. He was one of the first athletes Niels successfully placed. His journey began at an NAIA university in Texas, where he competed successfully for one and a half years and won multiple tournaments. He then transferred to Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, where he completed his bachelor’s degree. He later continued both his academic and athletic path with a master’s degree at the University of Idaho.
Johannes has been back for two years and is now a partner at inner.green. He knows student life in the United States from first hand experience. He understands campus life, daily routines, and what truly matters beyond golf scores. With this insight, he now advises our talents in choosing the right university and guides them safely through every administrative step.
