Niels Schulz
Founder
Niels has been working in college recruiting for more than ten years. His career began in Florida at one of the largest agencies in the industry. Over time, he realized that athletes needed more individual attention and stronger personal guidance. Eight years ago, he founded InnerGreen with a clear vision. A boutique agency focused on quality, not quantity.

Through years of hands-on work, Niels has built a strong and personal network with college coaches across the United States, especially in the popular warm climate states. Whether NCAA, NAIA or junior colleges, men’s or women’s teams, Niels knows the decision makers personally and understands exactly which program fits which golfer best.
Johannes Hounsgaard

Johannes’ story is the ultimate proof of our approach. He began his journey at an NAIA university in Texas, reaching a career highlight in 2020 when he was named a GCAA All-American following two tournament wins that season. After completing his Bachelor’s degree at Grand Canyon University and a Master’s degree at the University of Idaho, two successful NCAA Division 1 programs, he returned to join InnerGreen as a partner.

Having lived the U.S. college system at every level, Johannes provides a perspective that goes far beyond golf scores. He draws on his first-hand experience of campus life and daily routines to give our athletes a strategic edge, ensuring they choose the right university and navigate every administrative step with confidence.
